Ask an Educator

Perhaps you or a family member have been diagnosed with diabetes and would like to ask a question or find out more information. We provide one-on-one support and make reasonable suggestions to individuals with diabetes.

We are healthcare professionals that give general suggestions and are not to replace your medical care team. In some cases, we are unable to provide comprehensive medical advice.  You should consult your doctor or your healthcare team for urgent or critical concerns.

To contact us, call the office at 216-591-0800 to speak with an educator or email us and one of our educators will be in touch via e-mail.
